A focused consultation designed to help school administrators understand their student’s educational records, clarify concerns, and receive expert recommendations for next steps. Includes records review, individualized feedback, and strategic guidance to support informed participation in the special education process.

Expert support and advocacy during IEP and Section 504 meetings to help school administrators navigate the process with confidence. Services include meeting preparation, review of concerns and priorities, participation in meetings as a consultant, clarification of procedural and programmatic issues, and strategic support to help ensure student needs are appropriately addressed.

Provide neutral, skilled facilitation for IEP, eligibility, problem-solving, and other student support meetings to promote collaborative communication, productive dialogue, and student-centered decision-making. Services support teams in managing complex discussions, addressing conflict, clarifying issues, and fostering meaningful participation while keeping meetings focused on student needs and compliant processes.

Support administrators in building the knowledge and leadership practices needed to make sound, student-centered decisions related to FAPE. Coaching helps administrators critically analyze student needs, connect those needs to appropriate supports and services, and lead legally sound, educationally meaningful special education processes.

Provide consultation for state, district, and school leaders to assess the systemic health of their special education programs. Through a comprehensive needs assessment covering personnel, budget, due process patterns, and student eligibility, we identify root-cause challenges and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to strengthen program outcomes.
